I use this moisturizer on my face twice everyday and I love it. My daughter recommended it to me and I am so glad she did. My face feels and looks healthy and moisturized. It is a little pricey compared to other brands that I’ve tried but worth it. A little goes a long way! I will recommend this to anyone who asks! My daughter has very sensitive skin and breaks out with most creams, but this one seems to be working great for both of us.

I've been using this moisturizer for nine weeks and am really happy with the results. I have very sensitive skin, and this is the first moisturizer that I've tried that has worked for me in the last thirty years. By the eighth and ninth weeks the areas that were rough are almost all smooth, my skin coloring has evened out, and just this past week the little broken veins on my chin have almost disappeared. It took about a week to figure out how much to use so that my skin didn't get little bumps from absorbing more than it could handle. Whenever that happened, I would skip a day before applying it again. I apply a pea-size amount only once a day in the evening. I dampen my face and fingertips first which makes it easy to spread as thinly as I need to for my best results. Just that much covers my whole face and neck. At this rate, one tube will last me about four months. I'm glad that I tried it and will continue using it.

TL;DR: LRP Toleraine Double Repair is a high performance, non-greasy, non-irritating, water-loss prevention barrier cream. It's a thick lotion with glycerin, dimethicone and niacinamide to protect the skin barrier immediately. It's not an elegant formula, but it's an effective one. And the niacinamide can help even skin tone over time. My experience: I like this for when I have abraded or compromised patches of skin that need an occlusive, protective lotion, but not an ointment. It does a good job for that. But for my everyday sensitive skin, I prefer Vanicream Daily Facial Moisturizer which has squalane instead of silicone oils, more ceramides, and leaves my skin feeling softer and more cushioned feeling than the LRP. LRP Toleraine is more of a barrier protectant. It soaks in quickly and provides a good barrier if your skin tends to get dry feeling from wearing sunscreen or makeup, or you have patches that need that protective layer.

I use this as my nighttime moisturizer and love it. I specifically wanted the version without SPF because SPF products overnight tend to make me break out. This gives me the same moisturizing, comfortable feel I love from the Double Repair line but without the sunscreen. It hydrates really well without feeling overly heavy or greasy, and my skin feels soft in the morning. I have extremely sensitive skin. I also have rosacea. I've thought about trying this moisturizer but felt it was probably very similar to some of the well-known brands that have been around a while and can be purchased easily at the drug store, Target or here on Amazon. (And I've used them with so-so results.) I decided to give this product a try and am I glad I did. My face was feeling like sandpaper not matter what I did and did this product ever help that! Good for use and it does not feel messy on the face

I have an oily type that lacks moisture. So it's always very tricky to find a right moisturizer for my skin. I was looking for it for the summer. It's been 7 years since I've used the La Roche Posay skin care line, but it's my first time using the Toleriane face moisturizer. I realized right away that I fall in loooooove it. I've been using it nearly two weeks now. It's not too heavy or light, it's moist a lot and very smooth texture. Even after applying it, my skin doesn't feel tight. Also i like the enough amount! I always feel like I'm using up 40ml too fast. So good so far overall!

I'm impressed with the texture of the oil-free moisturizer, it quickly absorbs into my skin, providing all-day moisture without any greasy residue. I've noticed a significant improvement in my skin's texture since using it.
