Cinema Classics: The Phillip Keveren Series - Piano Solo Sheet Music Songbook Collection | 15 Classical-Style Movie Themes Arranged by Phillip Keveren | SMP Level 6 Late Intermediate | No Lyrics

I love the movies and this book has wonderful arrangement of some of the best movie scores. My top 3 most powerful requiring excellent technique are Raiders, Lawrence of Arabia, and Exodus. Some easier ones are God Help the Outcasts and The Rainbow Connection. Very enjoyable to play! I teach piano and look for ideal piano arrangements. These meet my expectations.

These are my favorite Movie Themes - in a terrific book of solo piano arrangements for intermediate - advancing student level. Phillip Keveren’s arrangements of anything are always fabulous and fit a pianist’s hand so well. These solos won’t disappoint - they are rich and full sounding and very fun to play!

I'm playing through most of these pieces as my primary focus for piano study this year. There is significant variation in the difficulty of the pieces. I had to give up on the Forrest Gump theme but got the Exodus Song under my fingers in a couple weeks. All of the arrangements so far are beautifully composed, evoking the great themes from great movies long ago while at the same time giving a fresh arrangement that makes the Phillip Keveren version stand out.

I love the song choices in this book!!!

Love. Love love. Therapautic. Flowing. Romantic. Teen son thought it was to flowy but I live it. I've played 25 years. Such great beautiful arrangements. Especially live Some Enchanted Evening and If I Loved You. Challenging but not too hard . His Rogers and hammerstein book is too easy and not nearly as exciting.

Love this book !The arrangements are beautiful! They are challenging for this late intermediate/early advanced player. However, they are worth it ! I am really enjoying this book and feeling inspired to play !

Looking for Forrest Gump song and gained a lot of other great songs....advanced player would love....I'm a medium player but it gets me practice to grow

nice take on Cinema Paradiso and some other very decent arrangements.
