Worth every penny. My old dog had been sneaking off during the night to pee on carpet so it was pretty well dried in. A sprinkle of this followed by a bit of scrubbing and the smell is totally gone.

Brilliant product! Used it to French the carpets with a pump sprayer, let it soak for 20 mins, then washed carpets with my vax. Lovely fresh fragrance too

Used to love this but they’ve changed the formula and now the smell is overpowering, and has given me a headache! Also not a pleasant smell either Can’t recommend this now

Was influenced by a cleaner on Facebook to buy, but it doesnt work. Stains still visible under black light after multiple applications.

I watched a TikTok where the person does free cleanings for others. She uses this product to help eliminate ALL odors from pet and human waste, so I tried it. My house was built in 1905 and has this very absorbent linoleum, in which pets have had many accidents. This is the ONLY product that has worked to completely remove the smell. We recently had someone stay with us, and they couldn’t smell any pet odor. I’d buy this product again, and recommend it to anyone dealing with stubborn odors

This stain and door remover has been used and ordered twice for clean ups while potty training a puppy. I’ve used it on his bedding in the washer& flooring. It has a nice fresh clean scent

This stuff works great!!!! My dog recently started having stress incontinence, because of a move, and was not getting outside quick enough in the mornings and other times during the day, if I was gone. I've tried other carpet cleaners, and it just didn't seem to really get rid of the odor. This product gets rid of the odors instantly! I use it in the carpet cleaning machine, instead of the one that comes with your carpet cleaning machine. It works great on floors. Also, if you happen to have someone in your home with issues getting to the restroom in time or incontinence, dribbling, other issues, it works great for that as well. You can use it full strength or diluted. It has a great scent. The house smells very fresh when I am done. It doesn't leave any residue that I have seen. For the price, it is definitely worth it, because you don't have to use as much as other products. In comparing it to other carpet/odor cleaners, this is ten out of ten. Ventilating is always a good idea, though. Just to be on the safe side, if you are sensitive to smells/fragrances

Product appears to work, however, I wish they made a version with a less strong citrus odor. My senior cat was less than impressed with the smell of her bathroom after using. Makes me wonder how much is just odor masking. Also found it left a sticky residue behind. Will likely go back to another brand that is almost odor free.
