Easy fit & restores working of sliding passenger door.
Very easy to install in 30 seconds, if you're not sure how search for how-to videos online.Very pleased with this $6 a door fix.The original rail stopper was missing from my 2006 Honda Odyssey's sliding door. Probably fell out of place from age and weather extremes making it brittle.The sliding door was making a popping noise when closing, and in freezing weather after closing the door, the open door light would come on with a beeping warning in drive.The popping noise has stopped after installing the rail stopper. I'll have to wait for the next freezing day to see if it has solved the open door light/beeping issue.

Good Replacement
Found the old rail stopper on the car interior. It was decayed and sticky from age. It might come off because it was sticky enough to stick to the door.These replacements fit well, but time will tell if they will last as long as the originals. They are cheap enough (as of 1/30/2024) to replace for old Odyssey.

Perfect fit 2009 Odyessey
I didn’t realize how degraded the original parts were. There was nothing left except something resembling black taffy. These were perfect!

Perfect fit
You’ll know these need replacing when they either fall off or start to melt. They are very easy to install once you’ve cleaned up the old melted ones. I didn’t realize these were a thing until I found one on the floor of my garage next to the van. I still didn’t know where it came from until I noticed on the other door there was a big black glob that was on the inside door facing at the far back side of the sliding door opening. That’s when I googled it and discovered what they were. I removed as much as I could with an old rag. I then used another old rag, a blue scotch rite pad and 90% rubbing alcohol to remove the rest of the gunk.
