I have had a few boilers over the years. The last one, a Koios, proved to have an aluminum inner lid, thus the water/steam was coming in contact with the aluminum. I showed signs of a problem in less than 2 years, unknowingly ingesting the aluminum for that time. This wonderful new boiler is ALL steel, no aluminum or anything harmful about it. It is so nice to have! It has a smaller capacity than the 1.8 L Koios, being only 1L, which is perfect. It's got a nice wide base and boils water very quickly. I timed it once, filling it to the limit marker & it took less than 4 minutes. I usually don't need the full amount & am impressed with how fast the water boils with a half-filled kettle. I also like the auto shut-off. It is easy to flip the firm switch under the handle. I like that it is away from the handle (unlike others) as then turning it on or off is a decided movement, no accidents can happen there. Of all boilers I've known, this one is the easiest to use, safest for sure & a quality product. A rare find these days. I cannot say enough good about this unit. It is obviously a quality product, does a good job & is safe to use. I recommend it without reservation... I recommend it highly. I might sound silly if I say I'm in love with my boiler.. so I won't say it.. Buy This One!

I purchased the LUUKMONDE 1500W electric kettle a year ago and it’s still working as well as the first day. It’s used every day. It holds a good amount of water, heats it fast and turns itself off in a timely manner. I appreciate the blue light especially in the early morning. It is a smaller electric kettle than others but holds plenty of water for a few cups in the morning. It doesn’t take up much counter space and has a clean simple design. The opening is also a good size for filling with water and the occasional cleaning, it’s easy to fit your hand inside and wipe it out. The push button on top of the handle to open the lid pushes easily. The handle is secure and easy to grip.

I ordered this kettle over a year ago and have loved using it! No issues at all! It heats very quickly and I love the blue lights on the base!

Worked great for a few weeks. We were on a 1 week trip and then came home. After 30 days the switch started failing. The lever to make it start heating will not reset and this unit is not good. We found out on the 31st day of owning it. Amazon limits returns to 30 days. So I am posting this review to warn people not to buy this product. It looks good but the quality of the essential parts is not up to normal expectations.

Best little kettle - not too big, and fully metal - no plastic pieces touching the water! LOVE IT!!!

Just got this. Nice small unit that heats up fast. Will heat a liter. (How often do you need more than that?) Nice blue light tells you it’s going. Flip up large lid that is very convenient. Longevity is always an issue with these units. Electricity+heat+water is not conducive to long life. Anyway, if it goes kerplooie anytime soon, I’ll update.

This kettle works great. I like that it is glass and not plastic. Being only 1 L makes it heat up faster than a larger one. I've had it for over a year.

Love it! My old electric kettle is still working but very noisy . Every friends house I visit I check out their kettles and none seem to be much quieter, except for the older type with an exposed element which is then hard to clean. So I took a chance with this one because it has unusual 1500 watts in a small 1 liter size and had a hunch that could be good. And the simple cylinder shape also seemed it might help. So ...YES. This kettle is the quietest I have seen. Instead of being blasted out of the room you have to look at it to see that its boiling. And very pretty too with the blue light! Also very fast. The quality seems very good and solid and bodes well for a long life. The filter screen in spout in fine mesh and removable.

This is a very modern and stylish little kettle it’s quite small only being 1ltr but it saves wasting water as I never use a full kettle of water anyway it boils fast and looks brilliant in my kitchen it works brilliantly and is very easy to use also due to it only being 1ltr it’s nice and lite too definitely recommended and a great buy for me

...but without its issues. The kettle is 8 and a bit months old. It has developed a problem after about 5 moths use. which is average of 2-4 boils a day, excluding weekends. The kettle is leaking Watter all over the counter every time it is boiling, does not seem to leak, before or after boiling & cooling off. It is a great design, very similar to Sage Compact kettle, but unlike Sage that we have had at home for over 6 years, this one however isn't made to the same quality.

Smart little kettle only given 4 stars because I genuinely thought there was no plastic inside the kettle (some inside for the lid joint) and also just because it’s only 1L would prefer it to be a little bigger but otherwise it’s working well, so far Update: almost a year later and the blue lights lining the bottom of the kettle aren’t working when you switch it on anymore otherwise still doing it’s job and boiling the water

I got this kettle in mid february and I was very happy with it. The right size and less plasic than most. However, only two months later it's already broken. The switch has stopped working!! I'm extremely disappointed and woud not recommend. Edit: I did get a refund but I still would not recommend
