Strength and elasticity. Resistance a little bit more for average woman. The length is 120cms only as against 183cms as written.

Great quality and versatility for at home workouts
The band is great, and I'm impressed with both quality and performance. Rubber is strong, durable and yet flexible enough for various movements. It's great for adding variety to your at-home workouts. I use it mainly for resistance training and stretching and found it pretty useful.
