I qm very happy with this product Its unbelievable in extra care of teeth 👍👍👍

failed just after 3 month, pressurized housing, next to pump, cracked and start leaking. it is impossible to rectify as it is high pressure part, so, very week plastic for this amount of pressure. This is not quality control issue, it just bad engineering solution.

Bought in sept 2022..suddenly not working in June 2023. Internal pump is leaking. Bad quality product. To avoid or make sure you have a good warranty

I absolutely love the Philips Sonicare Power Flosser 5000! It’s been a total game-changer for my dental care routine. Paired with my Sonicare toothbrush, it keeps my teeth feeling incredibly clean and looks fantastic sitting on my bathroom counter—sleek and stylish without being bulky. What blew me away, though, is how well it works. I tossed my old Waterpik almost immediately after trying this. It’s just so much more intuitive and effective. The Sonicare flosser removes food particles effortlessly, and the thoughtful features make a world of difference. For example, it cuts power to the motor if water flow is interrupted and stops the flow entirely when you dock the pick. It’s such a smooth, well-designed system—it feels like the engineers had an opportunity to talk to the users during the development process. Lol, while keeping the marketers at bay. Philips has absolutely nailed it with this product. I’m delighted and can’t imagine going back to anything else. If you’re serious about keeping your teeth healthy and want a device that works as well as it looks, this is the one!

Purchased one year ago. Easy to use and clean. My wife and I use it every night. This is corded version as I could see no benefit in a cordless model. NOTE: Recent problem. Machine turned off and both lights blinking orange, no water flowing. Nothing Philips suggested worked. Found an easy fix. I figured the problem was water flow. I removed the reservoir and checked the rubber gasket in the top of the pump housing by VERY gently probing it with the nozzle to make sure it was clean, no buildup, and no air bubbles. Then I checked the valve in the bottom of the reservoir to make sure it was clean and easily opening and not blocked. Then I filled the reservoir with hot water, made sure the water was going through, and turned the pump on at the highest pressure setting. Using just the handheld wand without the nozzle, I turned it on and let the hot water run through until the reservoir was empty. The flosser has been working fine ever since.
