I have very sensitive skin and a rash. (perioral dermatitis) I've been using Cetaphil's sensitive skin formula with the green top but with winter now here my face wasn't getting enough moisture. So I tried this blue cap formula knowing it had citric acid (AHA) in it anyway. (which irritates my skin) Sure enough, after about 2 days my face was tingling. I went back to the sensitive skin formula (and using a little more of it) and am now using this product on my dry feet. It's thick and creamy and I really like it. I just can't use it on my face.

It feels really smooth on my face skin!

I like this product very much, and it seems to be a heavy duty cream for dry skin. For myself, my skin is very dry, and I found this moisturizer is so thick it really takes a while to soak in. If you have the time, it is great, but if you are in a hurry to do your makeup, I would choose a lighter moisturizer. I guess when it says DEEP PENETRATING, it is true since it is much thicker than most creams and takes longer to absorb into skin.
