Korkers Ice Walker steel cleat system is the perfect addition to your gear for running in the winter. There are 11 cleats spread across the sole of your foot to provide anti-slip protection from your heel to the front of your foot. The form-fitted system provides a snug fit across the shoe and uses a BOA lacing system for quick adjustments throughout your run. The BOA lacing system easily loosens the laces for a quick exit.

Best ice cleat to run
This is the best ice cleat I had to run on ice and packed snow. They on't fall and they are light and they have good grip!

Push in spikes pop out to easily
Cable system works very well. It makes them very easy to put on and take off. No worry about the rubber breaking. The dial in fit allows the use on sneakers or Hiking boots. Great design! Dislikes? Push in spikes not very durable. Lost several after using them twice. They don't take side movement well, the spikes should be hardened or carbide. Appears like the type that is made for running uses a better grade spike, but not sure if they can be used in the walkers. Replacement spikes are available from the manufacturer but not listed on Amazon. I would suggest purchasing extra spikes for these if you do purchase this item.

The traction device to write home about
These are the traction devices I have Ben looking for my whole life. No joke! The “cups” on both ends are really good for my Fukoshimi wrap Vibrams (using anything relying on elasticity cuts off circulation to your toes in those). I also find my knees suffer a lot from the larger gait changes you get with Yak Traks. I love dialing these in for a perfect fit. Very satisfying. Much superior, also, when you are just in real life and going from ice to concrete to ice to concrete. Just fabulous, love them!

Poor quality
First time I wore them four of the 11 spikes that provide traction vanished somewhere on the trail. Clearly the quality of engineering is poor. And at $50+ they weren’t cheap. Nice system for keeping them on my boots, but that doesn’t help with traction. My input to Korker: a durable, quality product generates more profits than CHEAP, inferior production.I’d recommend buying the $12-20 slip on cleats, you can get 3 pair and have equal quality.

Snow builds up between cleat and boot in arch area
These are really nicely designed and fit tightly on the boot, so they are a little difficult off/on but they won't fall off like yak traks. The problem is they were not very well tested, if you walk in any kind of wet snow it balls up in the arch area between the cleats and your boot. Great idea on CAD, bad idea in use.
