The flavored ones have 1 carb per “squeeze”.

When are they expiration?

I've had mine for awhile and they expire in Nov 2023. They really are shelf life stable. My older ones are good till april 2023.

Is the bottle BPA free?

Yes it is. The print is molded on the bottom of each bottle, stating, "BPA free."
