They've changed the ingredients in this. I've bought these plasters for the lat 2 years. Since the last batch - they've changed the ingredients. The plaster now burns the skin - I've had to dump it,

Pretty powerful pain rel.ief. I use these in combo with 4% lidocaine patches. They do have quite an odor - not unpleasant but certainly strong. VERY strong adhesive

I have used these for many years and absolutely love them. They ate effective and smell nice if you enjoy essential oils. As a martial arts school owner, a registered nurse and a lacrosse athletic trainer I recommend. They can be irritating to younger athletes' skin so don't leave on as long ( maybe 3 or 4 hours) as you would an an older child or adult. Older kid or adult.

Each patch can continue to work for up to 6-8 hours

These used to come in one large sheet and now are 4 small ones. I think I preferred to cut to the size I needed. They are amazing for pain though. Better than anything I’ve used before.
