The mouthpiece doesn’t fit comfortably on the face & nose. It doesn’t keep the water hot so steam only lasts less than a minute, so no good if you have a streaming cold & blocked up nose & need to inhale steam to get maximum effect! I ended up buying an electric steamer in the end & it’s brilliant!

I have purchased this item thinking it is big. It is very small. It is suitable for children under 8 years old. Not for adult. I could not return and this item is not comes under returnable item.
