Good quality and definitely helps with waking up feeling grateful and being able to set goals for yourself each day. I love that it has a section for self reflection of the day. Material is great and definitely easy starting.

Ce livre est tellement beau. Autant de l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur. J'ai pris celui de couleur beige très pâle car je voulais quelque chose de clair et de discret. Il vient dans une belle pochette. À l'intérieur c'est bien structuré et il y a un beau design zen, simpliste et féminine. Je l'adore!! Il est magnifique et il y a des belles cordes pour séparer les pages au besoin. J'aime le matériel utilisé pour la couverture et il a une bonne grosseur pour l'amener facilement sans nos sacs à mains.

I love it! I’ve had journals before but I never really finished them and just totally forgot about them. This is simple yet it keeps me wanting to write in the morning and actually make it a habit to finish before I sleep. I got it a week ago and I’ve been taking a polaroid picture each day to remind me anything fun that happened that day and sticking it on the page! :) I’m happy with my purchase. 😊

I’ve never had any type of gratitude journal although I do appreciate a good notebook. I’m so glad I purchased this little book! It fuels you with happiness even on the off days, helps you be grounded, mindful and self-aware. My thoughts & perspective on life has changed so much, this journal has been great for my mental health in general. It helped me focus on the positive things while accepting the reality and striving for better. It has quality pages, nice layout, habit tracker sections, weekly reflections with thoughtful questions, affirmations as well as motivational quotes for every day! I’m so pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend this for anyone who wants to make positive changes in their lives. Note to the author: thank you for this beautiful, life-changing notebook. I’d love to buy it again once I finish this one, but it doesn’t have a monthly undated layout & overview so I have to look for alternatives. I would rather have only 1 every day journal instead of multiple - planner etc. I hope you find this feedback useful for future editions!
