Really happy with this product. The massage is strong and relaxing. It is easy to use and comes with different heads for different massage types. Helps reduce body pain, stress, and tiredness after a long day. The handle is comfortable and makes it easy to use on the back and shoulders. Good quality and worth the money. Highly recommended!

quality and values of product
I am disappointed with the after-sales service for the Agaro Relaxo massager. After using the product for about one year, it developed a fault. When I approached the service center for repair, I was informed that the required spare parts were not available and the product could not be repaired. Instead of repairing it, I was offered a scheme where I had to pay 40% of the product's price (receiving only 60% value for my old unit) to get a refurbished replacement. The refurbished product came with only a 15-day warranty, which is not satisfactory. The biggest concern is that the company does not keep essential spare parts available for repair. This forces customers to accept a refurbished replacement instead of getting their original product repaired. I expected better after-sales support and availability of spare parts. The current service policy is disappointing and does not provide good value to customers.
