We used these ice packs to keep homemade ice cream frozen for a kids entrepreneur fair. It worked great! No soupy ice cream!

Bought this because advertised to be leak-proof. "there's no need to worry about everything getting wet! By keeping ice from melting, our ice packs keep your cooler nice and dry. They are non-slimy, non-toxic, food-safe, and environmentally friendly."Well I followed directions and was excited to use but after attempting 2-3 times, very disappointed!!! They do leak, are slimy feeling, and get my food items wet along with the packaging. We sell bakery goods and use coolers during the summer months, and this is important to keep things dry and from the label ruining because of water from ice/ice packs.We will be look for something else. The return widow is closed and why is is to difficult to get a direct number/contact email for customer service??

You have to soak them in water first and then put them in the freezer overnight before using them. They never thaw out when I use them. I have used them inside an insulated backpack when shopping. Sometimes I am out for 4 hours with ice pops or ice cream that I've purchased stored in the backpack and they were not the least bit melted by the time I got home because these ice packs kept them frozen.

Easy to use. Just soaked in water. It filled up. I put in freezer. It froze up. I put in box with body butter to keep it from melting. Things worked out well.

These “Nice Packs” are absolutely wonderful! We had friends (Two adults and four children) at our lake place for 8 days. I was very concerned about being able to keep the “boat drinks” cold. This product 100% put that concern to rest! I highly recommend these!
