Defective product
Had to return it, the pressure needle wasn't moving at all. Other than that, all reviews point to Breville/Sage equivalent as a much better product

Outstanding machine
I’ve owned many coffee machines over the years and this is the best by a mile. The espresso is superb, hugely better than my last (also De’Longhi) machine and the steam wand produces excellent steamed milk. The machine is very well designed, easy to use and clean, and it seems pretty robust. Overall, I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase.

Good, but not good value for money.
If you want ease over ability to adjust, then this is probably for you. It looks good (which is important) and is very easy to use.Given another chance to buy, I'd go back to the Sage machines.
