The Heimish Marine Care Cream Toner is mild and hydrating; looks and feels like watered-down milk and fragrant (added scent). Not too bad. Not enough to stop using it (as I am sensitive to scent), just unnecessary. And for whatever reason, this particular toner is better applied with hands than with cotton rounds. Whenever I dole out this milky, runny liquid into even the thinnest of rounds, it soaks in and seemingly disappears. I'll swipe it over the skin and feel almost nothing. Instead, I shake out a few drops onto my palms and lightly pat over the face to get the desired application. Soaks in without residue; doesn't feel heavy, greasy, or sticky. I did use this with the Heimish companion moisturizer and they do not pair well together. Of the two, I prefer the toner. Surprisingly, the marine moisturizer is not compatible. But you'll have to read that separate review. This toner is "okay." No real wow factor and I wish they had nixed the added fragrance.

A really nice toner that is ideal for those with normal to dry skin. Not only does this tone and clarify, but it also softens and moisturizes. Very clean and gentle on the skin. It's slightly milky which helps to condition the skin even further than most other toners. It will tone and clarify and help to shrink pores. But it also provides a fair bit of moisturization without leaving any sort of oily or dewy residues.Seems to be very clean and gentle on the skin. This has not caused me any sort of irritations at all. Has a very mild soft and slightly sweet marine scent. Conditions the skin and prepares it for whatever skincare products you choose to follow up with. Though I find this to be best for those with normal to dry skin, it's also good for those with oily skin who want the gentlest of moisturization without worrying about adding excessive oils to their skin. It's perfect for my combination skin. Softens and will help to make skin more supple and elastic. Also good for men as well as women, and good for all adult age groups.

I love the way this makes my skin feel, it leaves your skin dewy and locks in moisture without any greasy feeling. After I wash my face, I shake a few drops in my hands and gently apply it all over my face. It’s light and absorbs into your skin quickly with no greasy feel. It didn’t burn my eyes or my very sensitive skin, this is VERY gentle. It comes in a small bottle with a tiny hole, so you have to shake it out. The product is a milky colored liquid. It’s a bit pricey, so I don’t put it on a cotton pad, I don’t want to waste a drop but a little goes a long way. I normally prefer fragrance free but the scent is quite gentle and wonderful, actually smells like lily of the valley, my most loved fragrance. It doesn’t linger very long though and it’s not at all strong smelling. I love this and will definitely buy again. Recommend

i love this creamy toner. it works as a super lightweight moisturizer on days where it’s too hot and where a regular moisturizer would be too heavy. on days like that i will pair it with a gel type moisturizer and it’s perfect. it’s also handy in cooler weather too because sometimes the clear watery toners don’t seem to do enough and this stuff is so much more hydrating. it’s a great step before applying any serums and moisturizers to really get at the dryness. i love when the skincare products i have can be used for both hot or cold temps, so this is a big thumbs up from me. i have slightly sensitive skin and the product wasn’t irritating at all. recommend trying! i’ve been enjoying everything i’ve tried by this brand so far.
