will it work on a 2016 F150?

Yes. I will work on 16 f150. Unbolt the factory stops. And bolt it on. Be careful not to over torque the u bolts.

Does it make the ride stiffer when not towing?

No it doesn't , you the original ride. I used on a F 150 to tow a fifth wheel and it made the truck more stable . It was a good investment

Will this work on 2022 f150 tremor?

Read the Timbren specifications to make sure they will work. They should work on a regular 2022 Ford F-150 but I can't answer if the Tremor has different rear suspension. If in doubt call Timbren support number.

Will this fit my 2006 ford f53 motorhome?

No these won’t fit a F53. The application is only for F150 rear suspension. Timbren probably makes a suspension enhancement to fit you F53 but you would have to contact them to get that information. Hope this helps.
