This product is advertised (in the description) as having a numeric key pad. Even one of the questions said, yes it has a numeric key pad. I even sent my own question asking to confirm this because the pictures does not show one, but the description says it does. Got no answer. Should have known. I went ahead and ordered because I am desperate for a computer and this one had the RAM and storage I needed. My last one was a ENVY 360 (with key pad) and it was great. Cannot believe a computer in this price range would come without this feature. I will have to keep it because I do not have time to order another one. Shame on you for not being more meticulous in your product description and not answering a consumer question. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Love it so far. Just got it 2 days ago. Keeping my fingers crossed that all goes well. Right now it is speedy.

These are good computers and I recommend them, but I suggest getting them from a different product listing.The problem with this listing is that it keeps changing.I've ordered from here 3 times now.My first order was for windows 10 home with 10-key on the keyboard.Then I came back and the next set of computers had windows 11 home. Not a big deal but still different.Then I came back a 3rd time and did not notice: These computers no longer come with 10-key keyboard. I would not have purchased these if I had noticed. I think its wrong for them to materially change the item in the listing, and the different keyboard is a major change.I have a deadline to meet so will be making use of the laptops without the 10-key on them, but I am very disappointed in my last purchase. Then, who knows what other changes they will make without notice? The product listed here could be dramatically different from what even I have received.

Definitely doesn't come with windows 11 pre-installed but it does have a security feature that makes every windows update or software download you try installing fail. It's a nice computer In general but doesn't preform to that standard of what I thought i paid for. Eventually you get directed to uninatalling the S version of windows 10 so you can go about as usual
