These noodles are made in China, NOT Thailand
No doubt that these are some tasty noodles however I prefer to avoid eating food made/sourced from China and these noodles are made in China, a fact carefully hidden in the pictures above. When you look at the nutritional information in picture #9 note that it is carefully cropped to hide the origin of these noodles, now zoom in on picture #1 and note the words "Product of China" below the nutritional information. I have no problem buying products made in China, just not my food.

Perfect and delicious
I was delighted to find these in a 'set'. We use these all the time - SO easy to prepare, just soak in boiling hot water for 5-7 minutes and they're ready to go! Filling, but less calories than rice, and excellent in Indian or Chinese dishes. I love that they're gluten-free. They are thinner than angel-hair pasta, and are VERY hard to find in stores - usually one can find the wider ones, but not these delicate ones by same maker. A box of them makes a HUGE amount; we usually use 1/4 to 1/2 box for 2 people per serving.

Perfect DIY pho noodles
I bought a bunch of the thicker, flatter ones which turned out to be good for stir fry but not so good for pho style soup. I'm glad I tried these thin noodles - they are just like the ones from a restaurant. For one person, half of one bag is the perfect serving size. I put the other half in a ziploc for later. Will definitely continue buying.

Great easy to prepare noodles.
Arrived on time and just as advertised. I have ordered them several times now. As someone on a gluten-free diet, I appreciate the ability to order them from Amazon quickly and easily. Just cover them with boiling water, let sit while you prepare the rest of the dish. Then, drain and serve.Delicious. Sometimes, I don't even bother making a sauce. I just toss them with fresh vegetables and a little bit of roasted sesame oil.Perfect!

Great Price for This Pantry Item
I use these instead of wheat noodles in soups and as a light base for many vegetarian medleys. It also works well with meat (I’ve used both chicken & fish) and a nice sauce. It takes in flavor very well. These are a pantry staple for me now. A little goes a long way.
