I have had this for a little over a month now and i figured it was a good time to write an acurate review of the outfit.To start, the sizing it accurate, the skirt is a wrap type skirt with ties to keep it together, one on your side on the inside hidden by the skirt, and the other on the back that will be visible.The shirt has ties as well you can tie to both of your sides to keep the shirt closed underneath the skirt. This is extremely helpful if you plan on moving around a lot. Keep in mind the shirt is see through so you will need something underneath. Also the sleeves are supposed to be quite long so dont mind that they pass your wrists or even your hands.There are also two ribbons, now dont get this wrong, they are fabric thats been sewn so it looks and feels nice, this wraps around your waist where the skirt is, it should sit around the back tie that holds the skirt.This also came with little tattoos and a hair stick with a decorative tassle to match the look which both please me. You do have to be careful with the tattoos because it likes to try and stick to the paper so when you peel it off make sure its been throughly soaked onto your skin, i also suggest dabbing the tattoo with the wet cloth after its been applied just to make sure everythings set.This outfit IS easily stained so be careful, if something has found its way onto your outfit, make sure to wash it off with soap and water in the sink as soon as possible. I dont suggest just throwing it in the washer if you want to remove a stain as its not as effective. If and when you decide to wash it in a washer, set it to cold water and on a delicate setting. This will prevent any major if at all shrinking. Same goes for the dryer, avoid high heat settings. I suggest going with an air dry setting or low heat to avoid shrinking.For context, i'm 5'8 with a 38"-40" chest (depending on the bra), 30"-31" waist depending on how tight i want it, 41" hips. Most things dont fit me properly but this fit well and was super comfortable for me. I bought a size xl

#1 - the vertical stitches in the front and back of the outer top is intentional. Anyone complaining clearly doesn't know enough about Chinese history or fashion history to be wearing this. Vertical stitches represent strength of character or righteousness. Trying to wear a hanfu without even trying to understand the culture is insensitive. It's the same as trying to wear a feathered headdress.#2 - incredibly impressed with this item! Love the embroidery on the skirt and how light the fabrics are. They flow beautifully.

It’s beautiful! I love it. The ties are a little confusing to figure out how to tie, and the top is a little sheer, but overall, the fabric is so nice and the all the pieces are good quality. Also came with some fun extras which I didn’t expect! I wish there were more sizes- I ordered the XL according to the size chart (which was accurate) but it was just a tad bit too small (because I’m just slightly above XL — gained weight from quarantine!)

This outfit fit perfectly. I loved the colors and got so many compliments.
