Is there supposed to be two bungs? I only received one in the container. The description suggest there is supposed to be two.

There is only one bung per container which I have used for two coppas in the past. I believe the casing is big enough for 8 to 10lbs of meat.

No need to freeze as long as they stay in purified salt. Refrigerator is all that is needed. I have kept in my refrigerator for over a year no issues
