The media could not be loaded. Taschen never fails to produce high quality books. If you love Egyptian history, this book is a must buy. The size of this book is larger than I thought.

This 'coffee table' book 📚 provides fascinating insights into the history, culture and ways of life of Ancient Egypt, with magnificent illustrations of the sightings and the various historical photographs from the past. Both accuracy and readability of the text are very high. Book itself has some dents but I think it’s because of the way it was tucked in the box, overall it’s in good shape.Recommended.

This was a gorgeous book,correctly described,and more beautiful than I expected. I shall shop here again when possible.

I love it, gave it away as a gift but the first one that arrived has a tear in it. Amazon fixed it in no time

The book is of great quality in both accuracy and readability.Can be read through or used as a reference book.One of the best books an amateur can get his hands on.

This really sucks I was so excited to get this book, and it was supposed to be a bday present, but of course it comes all beaten and looking like a second hand item WHATS THE POINT OF BUYING SOMEHTING LABELED NEW IF IT COMES TO YOU LOOKING LIKE A USED ITEM AND HAVE TO DEAL WITH DRIVING AND SPENDING EXTRA GAS MONEY TO TETURN THE STIPID THING? IM SO MAD 😡😡😡 I WANT A REFUND!! OR SEND ME A REPLACEMENT!!!!!!

Completely unacceptable condition for a new book. Very disappointed
