Can this be used on small mig welders like a Hobart 145 Handler ?

As long as your welder has the provisions to run gas this will work. Also I highly recommend the regulator its simple and tough. And will outlast your Hobart, trust me.

Does this come with the gas line?

no the regulator does not come with the gas hose, you will have to source that yourself

Works for nitrogen? someone already answered yes, but the unit that my friend uses has a tag that says nitrogen, this one says argon /co2.

You can use it for nitrogen. The victor edge series have gauges for all gases. Main thing is this gauge can’t be used with flammable gases.

Can this be used with 100% argon?

Yes but it will give correct psi but not the wording on it.
