Great fillets. Love them in my spaghetti, on pizza, or just on garlic toast. They are rather salty but I like salty. I just use less salt in my sauce. I've heard that you can rinse anchovies in water and it tames the salt but I've not tried that

While these anchovies are good, as good as any except fresh, they lose a star because once opened, the can can't be reclosed, so you need another receptacle for the unused anchovies. But, if you have a small jar (I use a mustard jar), you're in luck, because then you can put the leftover anchovies in the jar with some truffle scented olive oil, and later they will add wonderful flavor to your salads.

These are very good for adding to your dish be it marinara, or Caesar dressing. I use alot of them and am very pleased. However, if you’re just eating the fillets there are better choices for more money.
