Where's My Order from 25FEB2022, Nothing Received
Having suffered for 10+ years with psoriasis due to menopause I read an article that squalane helped heal someone's eczema. Now these are similar in that my psoriasis began as eczema (even had it biopsied and confirmed as eczema) but once it continued beyond a year my doctor declared it as psoriasis. It covered the top of my arches on both feet so it's unsightly, like "red" alligator skin, itched like crazy, and is so embarrassing! I was ready to try anything to get it under control. Found this product in my search on Amazon, and it was affordable enough to experiment with. Twice a day I used my steroidal cream as usual, then moisturized with squalane, a little goes a long way. After about 2 months the itching and redness got significantly better that I stopped using the steroid cream. After 3 1/2 months my skin looks better, feels smoother, and doesn't itch. There's still a spot that was extremely coarse but I will keep on it with the squalane. This is such a Godsend that I am putting this order in as a subscription so I will never run out. It smells beautiful too, light lemony, verbena! Update 5/2/22: After giving this great review, I have not received my order for more cream which was made on 2/25/22. I even kept my order after being asked if I wanted to cancel. To this day my order has not been filled!!! So tempted to delete this review

I use Creme de La Mer… and THIS cream.
This is my second-favorite moisturizer after Creme de La Mer. The price points do not even compare. I have tried so many products, and this one does what it says. It’s lightweight, it’s hydrating, it’s non-irritating (I have incredibly sensitive skin) and I like the fragrance. The fragrance is REALLY STRONG. If you like lemongrass, you will like it. If you can’t stand lemon verbena/lemongrass/lemon scent, you will not like it. I have multiple sensitivities and am allergic to some perfumes/fragrance components. No issue with this face cream. I had only moderate expectations for this product. I was so pleasantly surprised. I would put this up against some of the super expensive cult moisturizers any day of the week. QRxLab’s cream is not as good as La Mer’s Soft Cream (their lightweight moisturizer), but it is a fraction of the price for 8/10 of the performance. I have been using it without any serums underneath. My skin has been soft, moisturized, and calm — even in a dry winter.

Moisturizing yet light weight/UPDATE👎! UPDATE 2024👍🏼
I actually really like this moisturizer. Bc of the ingredients I figured it’d be moisturizing but goes on more like a gel and didn’t think it’d be as moisturizing at first due to the light gel like weight of it. (I have normal to dry skin) But it’s my go to when I need something quick under my sunscreen when getting ready for work. A little goes a long way, too. They need to get rid of the scent though. Seems unnecessary and isn’t a great smell. It’s a bit strong and I personally find it gross bc it smells synthetic for some reason. Smell goes away after application. If they took out the smell, I wouldn’t be continuously shopping around for an alternative UPDATE: Well this is unfortunate. I really liked this moisturizer, but the past 3 jars I’ve ordered had these tiny little granules in the product. I even brought this up to the seller, but obviously to no avail. I really didn’t want to do a low rating review with pic proof but I’m hoping that they pay attention this time. It’s disgusting smearing whatever the tiny things are over my face and I don’t understand how it was so great before and now every single one I’ve gotten since December has been like this. I’d even bought this for my mother and recommended to friends. Is there no quality control with this company? UPDATE 2024: It’s Sept 2024 and Idk what happened, maybe they got the memo but now the moisturizer is perfectly smooth and has no granules in it!! I kept repurchasing until they got it right bc my skin really likes this moisturizer beyond all the others I’ve tried and I hoped they’d fix that gross problem. Also, the scent seemed to be less intense, so much so that I checked the ingredients to see if anything changed. Speaking of which, apparently even essential oils (which was presumed to be a safer alternative to ingredients listed as “fragrance (parfum)” which is synthetic and in many beauty products, laundry detergents, soaps, etc) emit VOC’s. I thought essential oils were safe but apparently not! Uncented is the safest form
