I love this desk caddy. It holds a lot. You have to fill each section completely, though, or else it looks sloppy. I thought about putting some kind of heavy beads or marbles in the bottom so pens/pencils will stand straight up. But it's just a minor cosmetic issue. The functionality is perfect. Just the slightest nudge will allow it to spin smoothly and silently on its own. If you spin it a lttle fast then you might hear the slightest clicking of the ballbearings. Cannot think of one thing I do not like about it. Yes the plastic is thin but it's not made for heavy items anyway. And yes the handle "could" be a little taller to make it easierer to get ahold of, if you need to move it around, but none of those issues concern me. The one negative for me is, like every thing else these days, it's a bit over priced. But I'm glad to have it.

I gave it a 4 star because it could be deeper for the pens/pencils to stand up straight, but it is nicely made and sturdy, and the swivel is the best part, like that it is clear so I can see what’s in each bin

This item isn't very substantial - it's ridiculously overpriced for what it is. I paid AUD$71 and it feels like it's only worth $20. Save yourself a fortune and shop elsewhere. I'd return it if it wasn't an international delivery item!
