Does this help back pain

I can’t speak for this particular product (that I will be purchasing soon after this answer) but copper has had healing benefits for me for sure. I’ve been wearing g copper bracelets , one on each wrist, for 2 years. Immediately, carpel tunnel pain was gone! My hands don’t hurt nearly as bad sue to arthritis. I can hold a pen (Dr. Grip) or mouse  for longer periods of time. The most amazing thing is that I am no longer taking opioids for my chronic back pain! YAY!! It’s been 6 weeks since I last had hydrocodone and haven’t had to use prescription gel to relieve pain. I just use Tylenol in its place.

My Mom, who was from Central America, always slapped on copper bracelets in me if I complained of pain (turns out, I needed surgery decades later. And the copper didn’t match with my silver jewelry phase).

Will it help your back pain? Not if there is something g that requires surgery (I had 9 degenerated disks. Surgeries!). I did NOT have the surgery for the carpel tunnel. The copper worked for that.

I have worn copper-infused clothing prior to my surgery and it helped to ease the horrific spinal pain. Now I can wear them while I heal. Hope all of this helps.

PS - I’m buying the anklet because it’s pretty and I’m hoping to get back to walking longer distances. That will help me get back to my ideal, pre-hurts-like-hell pain. Good luck!!

How do you get extra links?

I really don't know but if you can somehow contact the company. Also I had to shorten my anklet because it was too heavy for an anklet so I made it into a bracelet so I do have some extra links. I don't know how I can get them to you.

Even though this is worn at the ankle can it help all the way up to the knee with knee pain?
