Is the bottle Bpa free or pet plastic?

Just bought a bottle - Plastic PET 1

Cannot open pump which way does it open left doesnt loosen

You have to unscrew the top and hols the white part of the pump underneath (above the stick) while you turn the top. Otherwise while you turn the top, the bottom part just turns too and it never opens

I’m trying to use this on my hair. what do i dilute it down with? what are the measurements?

I use this for curly hair. I just just use a tiny bit in hand and scrunch on damp (not wet) hair. Works great to pump up curls. If you are trying to use as shampoo, try searching Pinterest for a recipe. =)
