1" 3 Valve Manifold Setup for Irrigation System - Rainbird 100DVF Valves Included

I have a 9 Zone irrigation system that I needed to replace the broken manafold. I purchased this item as well as the 6 valve system and it’s great. Easy connections, and with the pre-installed O-Rings, trust me there’s no need to wrap Teflon tape around the threads before you tighten them. The solenoids are nice and sturdy and the wires are good quality, there stranded as most Pre-wired items are. It’s very interchangeable and easy to work with. My biggest fear was when I turn on the water, there would be leaks everywhere but not at all, once you tighten the connections nice and snug, NO LEAKS!!!!!!! Wow!!!!!I recommend this product to all that’s considering it and for all of those that’s on the fence like I was, get off the fence, it’s a great by and time saver and good quality.

I love this and am going to add another to my system next spring. But when the instructions say don’t over tighten, don’t do over tighten. I did and it leaks a little. I ended up mounting this with U bolts around the pipes on a piece of wood to keep it from flexing. My system flexes the lines when it turns on and off (my design problem)?because I mounted it above ground and used the black pipe to hook to it. That flexing caused mine to slightly leak as pressure changed. Then I tried to tighten the slight leak out and dented the seal. Once I stopped the flexing with the U bolts it worked like a champ. If you buried the lines and manifold in the ground in a box I suspect there would be significantly less flexing. Or use white PVC.

One of those infrequent purchases that exceed expectations! Quality is great! Wish Jamie had been in business 30 years ago when I was building several large sprinkler systems. I purchased a three valve manifold with valves for less than the valves and needed fittings would have cost. Saved a tremendous amount of work installing and will greatly pay off should I ever need to replace a valve. Great product.

Yes, you can go to the store and build this. And you can actually build exactly this if you buy all the right parts. It would be a lot of parts, a lot of precision cuts, a lot of glue, and a lot of time. And I doubt you'll get it to look as nice and be as consistent as this manifold. Also, I'm not sure you'd save much/anything over buying this manifold, the valves alone are ~60 bucks and there are a ton of unions/orings, those aren't cheap fittings. Maybe you could build it for 80-90 dollars, saving 20 bucks isn't worth the time it'd take to find/build this thing, and I know it wouldn't look as nice and perhaps not function as nicely either. Everything is the perfect size/length/distance apart.Hooked up 2 of them, no leaks, all the valves works great.. Very nice manifold, highly recommend. A 17-19in box covers one set of valves nicely, if you're going to gang them together, get some 1in PVC and run a link between 2 boxes, don't try to shove 6 valves in one box!

The 1" 3 Valve Manifold Setup for Irrigation System was exactly what I was looking for. It was easy to put together and install. I actually purchased another 2 Valve Manifold and added to the 3 valve Manifold. It connected easily to the 3 and I added another irrigation zone to my yard. I still have a spare slot for the 5th valve if ever needed. The couplings make it a breeze to disconnect a defective valve and replace it without having to cut PVC pipe and reglue it.

Very well made and easy to assemble into your sprinkler system. Just tighten up the fittings and you are ready to go. Likewise, repairs and maintenance will be just as easy because it will be easy to take apart.Make sure you tighten everything up, including the valves.I had a question for the seller and they answered within an hour on a Saturday.

I found this item to be a time saver and very easy to install. Paying a little extra saved me time and frustration. It has been installed for a couple of months and have had no issues with any part of it. I also liked the fact that extra rubber O rings were provided with the kit.

Everything looks fine, haven't installed yet. But this set will save you finding and ordering a lot of parts. Highly suggest to be careful about stress from non-level water pipes, this kind of quick disconnect will not seal well if pipes don't match slope etc exactly to manifold.
