These are the first pillows I have bought that lived up to the promise of being FIRM. I don't like soft, squishy pillows that crater under your head. I'm a side sleeper who wants my pillow to fill the space between shoulder and head with true support. I was concerned when I opened the box to find them so compacted for shipping, but they fully expanded from their bindings, and though I have only used them a few weeks, I feel confident they will maintain their shape a long time. They are a great size, too; larger than most I've seen.

Got these on a whim looking for memory foam pillows. Stumbled across these and read the reviews since they looked promising! And all I have to say is wow. These are fantastic quality pillows. You can tell they will hold up over time. They are a little more firm than I initially expected but Im okay with that since I’m sure they will wear down with more use. They are definitely not flat! And are packed tight. If you are wanting memory foam that supports your head and neck well than these are the pillows for you!

I cant even call this pillow firm, its straight up hard and tough to sleep on. My head doesn't sink comfortably into the pillow, not that I want it to sink too much, but a little sinking wouldve been nice. Its especially painful to sleep on my sides with this pillow because it hurts my neck. It's just so damn hard, and I don't see where I'm suppose to remove some of the sponges inside to make it better because I cant find a zipper. Its also just one pillow and it costs too much money. I knew I'd only get one pillow but I expected something better for the price I was paying. This was a let down.

I may update my review later, but the pillows came with instructions to wash and hang dry before use. Hanging pillows that are 4 pounds before being washed was a challenge, but I did that. Two days later, it's still wet. I checked Q/A and "a dryer is needed to dry the pillows - By Molblly Pillow SELLER". I rewashed the pillows since I was worried about mold, and an hour and a half later and $11.25 spent at the laundromat - still wet. I've now hung and put a fan on them to see if I can get it done.They may be good if I ever get to use them, but as of right now, it's a hard no, or don't follow the instructions.Update: Since mold can grow in 24-48 hours and my pillows are still damp over 26 hours later, I am returning. I consider this unsafe. I was never able to use them.

I bought these pillows several months ago and loved them so much I bought another set. However after removing the pillows from the plastic I instantly knew I was going to be one of those customers who received a defective item. I’ve let the pillows sit for several hours after shaking them and reaching inside to fluff them up. As you can see from the pictures, the foam material is completely different. The bright blue is the pillow I received several months ago that matches the product description. The light blue is the one I received today. Completely different textures, the new ones are so thin and flimsy, just really bad. And you can see how the two new pillows haven’t fluffed up at all, are super saggy and bleh.Such a shame and really annoying since I now have to return them and find another pillow company since this company is not reliable.
