Clean Fresh Skincare Mattifying Oil-Free Moisturizer, 2.0 Oz

Originally picked this up from a closing Rite Aid - but I loved it so much I ordered it again! People weren't lying, it is a bit tacky but that doesn't bother me. Big game changer here is that it doesn't leave my skin oily like other moisturizers once it dries. Bit of a gross smell tbh. Bonus - doesn't make me break out!

Love this. Feels so light on the face. Smells good too. Non greasy so one your wash your face and ready for the skin prep. This will not give the greasiness feeling at all. Absorbs into the skin well.

Although I have oily skin, I like to moisturize prior to my makeup application. As my oily skin people know, you have to be mindful of what type you use. I previously used a name brand name and was looking for something more affordable. My search for a light, incredibly absorbent moisturizer brought me to CG Mattifying cream. I decided to purchase from Amazon as it has the better price. The texture, fragrance and absorbency is amazing. I applied to my face and waited a few minutes and can feel a difference. I continued to prime my face as usual and applied my makeup. It’s a very good moisturizer for a very good price point. Now don’t go thinking it’s gonna keep you matte all day, it may or may not depending on how oily you are. I can’t say I noticed a difference in doing so compared to my previous brand name moisturizer BUT as far as moisturizers go, I love it for my oily skin and it prepped me beautifully before applying my makeup. It’s a must have in my cosmetics bag now!

Smelled good but dried my face out

The cream is smooth. My skin drinks this cream. There is no oiliness, it doesn't block my pores. This cream keeps my face soft all day. It is worth my money. I will be buying this cream for a long time.

So... My face has always been really really oily, and bc of my oily skin and me not finding a cream or lotion that won't add more oil to my skin or that wouldn't break me out I gave up aling time ago. I randomly saw this on Amazon and decided, since it's Cyber Monday, I'll try it out! I came in the mail today and I washed my face and put it on afterwards, and I am very pleased & happy I purchased it! It's been on for 3 hours now, no oil and no breakouts!!! My face feels amazing, super clean and fresh! Not to mention it smells wonderful! I definitely recommend it.

Very nice cream for oily/ combination skin. Feels light and not greasy. Smells nice. It still makes me shine at some areas after 3-4 hours, but I would say that other creams did it in 1-2 hours (I don’t believe those day creams that make you not shine the whole day even exist!). Also good under the make up. Recommend with 5 stars!

It arrived quickly and securely packaged. I always love cover girl products but had switched to more expensive brands. This product is amazing; it goes on like a gel but immediately dissolves into the skin with a matte feel. This is great for my combination skin especially under makeup! Great price as well! I have very oily skin, especially in my T-zone, and when I buy moisturizers I always look for “matte” but many don’t live up to that promise. This one does! And at such an amazing price point. Better than many of the higher end ones I have bought and tried in the past. My skin feels moisturized but it also doesn’t have any shine at all and is truly mattifying. Buy it, you won’t regret it!

İ have an oily skin and I choose Matte or non-oily water based face creams to avoid breakouts. This cream is exactly as described. It has a matte finish with a nice fragrance. But after using it, the skin does not look or feel moisturized. It feels dry instead. It doesn't add that soft feeling.
