Is this a two ounce stamp

Hello, this is a one ounce Forever stamp. Thank you.

Why does it cost more than a normal stamp?

It is primarily a supply/demand issue and a convenience factor. Some stamps, like this one, can be hard and/or inconvenient to find at the post office, or not available for sale at all from the USPS. Amazon charges third-party sellers fees for selling on Amazon, so the prices are higher to offset these fees and pay for their costs in acquiring the product.
