came the next day fast ship. absolutely no instructions about which tip for which area or length of time use for each, how often to use for each are or how often to use. with that said I will use it & report if I see any changes

Would if been great if the glass was a bit more sturdy. Very fragile mine came with the roller attachment broken and others had hair line fractures. Which made the gas not run properly. So if you buy one with a lot of attachments like this one maybe you’ll get half that aren’t broken 😞

The neon wands show the actual neon color when using. However the argon wands are not showing the purple color as advertised when using them according to the directions. Furthermore, two of the wands have imperfections in the glass and should not be used on the skin. Disappointed in the poor quality. When I contacted customer service they told me to use the wands and if they didn't work return the whole case. How about some quality control? Glass wands for the face should not be sent out to a customer with jagged imperfections. When a customer reports the issue customer service should provide an immediate solution that doesn't take more time on the buyer's part. Cannot recommend.

With all the attachments you can't beat this price its cute colors and definitely works great zapping pimples or potential to be pimples and the baby hairs stick out you can feel it working and even see results quick. Worked my way up to the highest setting quicklt and easily to tolerate the sting but worth it!
