Facile à laver, va aussi au lave-vaisselle, n'abime pas les couteaux. Et ne glisse pas sur le comptoir.

Warped
I have several Epicurean boards and love them. Sadly this company has gone the way of others and is cutting corners on their products. When I received it, was surprised how thin it was. After 4 months of setting flat on my counter, it has warped and rocks when cutting on it. Hoping the company will make things right and consider scrapping this model!

The last one finally “died” after visitors put it in dishwasher then left it with a heavy weight on it, propped up at one end. It bent out of flat. Otherwise we’d still be using it. Dishwasher safe but leave it flat when hot! Great product
