Handle to short
The handle for carrying is not usable it is way to short,the only way is to pick up from front and back. the book that comes with is very hard to read as seems to be written by some one from who knows where. Please proof read it.other wise it seems to run well. If I have not found a way to make the handle longer PLEASE let me know.pandb@cyber mesa.com

Replacement Battery costs $700
We purchased the Solax about 5 or 6 years ago. The automatic folding permanently stopped working twice. I had to replace the spring myself since no one repairs them in our area. THe second time it stopped working I just folded it up manually which is temperamental at best. You should also know we had to replace the lithium battery. Theat battery lasted a year and a half and the gage now the sooter dies when it reaches theyellow with no warning. For this kind of money, I would look at other scooters. We just purchased the Buzz Around by Golden Technologies and we love it.
