Only two out of a box of 10 inserted cannula under the skin. The battery sounds weak. 8 wasted pods only to have 2 actually insert the cannula under the skin. The cannula is ejected from the pods but needle and cannula never insert. And when deliveries insulin (?) it never delivers. It never leaks it does nothing but click like it’s delivering. Wasted money on pods and wasting tons of insulin. Highly disappointed.Update: very quick response from seller who issued a replacement box and tracking number immediately. May have just been a bad batch with weak batteries. I’d like to thank him so much for reaching out immediately and rectifying the issue. Thank you.

I have been purchasing directly from the manufacturer for 2 years now for over $100 more than this per month. Purchased these through Amazon thinking this may be too good to be true. Received a brand new box, not expired, working pods. Will purchase like this again.

Pods work as good as new ones. Always check expiration date when ordering pods online but the date on these is good.
