Great product
Gave me extra batteries for my hunting gloves. Now I can stay out in cold hunting all day

Great quality and performance
Glad to have two sets of batteries for my heated gloves. These are fantastic. Pricey, but really good.

only last a few hours
I have the gloves for these, and they don't last a full ski day, so I had to get spares. They don't seem to charge off my regular USB Type C charger; I have to use the included cable, which isn't convenient.

Single point of failure
When working, these batteries are pretty good. Unfortunately, the cable that attaches the battery failed after just one year. I’ve secured it with electrical tape to help prevent failure.

After one charge, one of the batteries is dead...won't charge, and stops the other battery from charging when plugged in simultaneously. Dissapointed

They don’t last.
spent $40 to replace the batteries that came with the gloves. About a year later the cords on the replacement batteries broke. Can’t find warranty information anywhere. AVOID
