Excellent sending unit! I built a 42 Ford cabover truck and used a 1949 Chevy truck fuel tank (GM55A). This sending unit fit perfect. The holes lined up perfect with zero modification. I used the 11”. It’s great that they offer this unit in every length. The gauges I’m using require 240-33 ohms. I can’t believe how perfect this sending unit fits and works for my setup. This will be my go-to sending unit for all my builds going forward. Would be awesome if they made them in other ohms as well.

I tried this for the first time with an old car restore. Had a very tight spot and was able to use without fuel tank removal. Using SW gage with the same ohm specs. So far works great. Used another with an Auto Meter gage. Worked even better. Much faster response. Hope it lasts. Of note, measure carefully. Only downside, leads for hookup are not ideal for my applications and the metric screws are a useless waste. The gasket is sized for older US vehicles so why metric? Dumb.

This product doesn't work. It jumps from full to 3/4 to 1/2 and so on. Doesn't give a steady reading! Complete rubbish, and can't contact the company who sold it, as it was through amazon and passed the returns date.

Works good. Make sure to get the right Gauge for it.
