Is this compatible with G sync? And with the dp port can you get 144hz @ 2160?

You can using display port 1.4, if you use hdmi 2.1 you can only get 4k at 120hz

How many watts does this monitor require? i'm worried it might need too much juice for my 650 psu

Spec. sheet says Max at 140W - works with a 750, might work with your 650.

Would a geforce rtx 2060 super work well with this monitor?

Yea I had the same gpu. It works pretty good if you set the monitor to 1080p. You wont get alot of frames at 1440p (60ish). I got the 7900xt as an upgrade and it has worked flawless
