Multi usage machine and a good price

I purchased the Braun Silk Epil 5 on November 6th, 2022, from Amazon UAE, and for a while, it worked wonderfully, delivering smooth results. However, my satisfaction took a nosedive after a little over a year of use when it started malfunctioning on October 29th, 2023.At first, I was impressed with this epilator's efficiency in removing hair, and it was a convenient addition to my grooming routine. It performed admirably, with relatively painless hair removal and leaving my skin feeling silky smooth.Regrettably, the device's performance began to deteriorate just outside the warranty period. It started malfunctioning, with the motor sporadically stopping mid-operation, which made the epilation process not only frustrating but also quite painful at times.I reached out to Braun's customer service, hoping for a solution or guidance, but the experience was less than satisfactory. Their response was slow, and I didn't receive the assistance I expected.While the Braun Silk Epil 5 initially met my expectations and delivered on its promises, the short lifespan and lackluster customer support left me significantly disappointed. When investing in grooming devices like these, reliability and longevity are paramount. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this product based on my experience, as it seems to have a limited operational lifespan.My quest for a reliable epilator continues, and I hope to find a product that not only works well but also lasts longer.

Works as expected, and was convenient using it without connecting to power and in water, but as is usually the case with epilators based on my experience, they sometimes leave behind very small hairs (about 2mm long or so). Also, was disappointed by the shaver, doesn’t create a clean shave like a razor would, but trimmer works fine if you don’t want a clean shave.
