Was excited about hatching these, all looked in good order checked out the peat moss. Couldn’t really find many eggs. Hatch date saw a couple sets of eyes put in tank water. Waited few hours, then diligently searched for an hour and found 2 babies. I’ll try again in a couple days but not worth it for those results. Had hatched these in the past from another brand and saw more eggs and had a much larger batch rate

Killifish eggs came in a nice sturdy container with everything needed to get started (except the water ). Online instructions were easy to follow. I asked the seller a few questions about my order and they were very, very nice and answered all my questions quickly. I was a fun project to play with and I with purchase again in the future from this company!

The order came with only 4 eggs. I was so excited to wait for 1 month for the order to come and expecting a lot of fish fries as it described on the website. However, only 4 EGGS. They all hatched successfully.

My first order was excellent, tons of fish hatched and grew to adulthood. Second order, I haven’t hatched a single egg. I still have a small amount of eggs as I wanted to spred this batch out in case the hatch date was off. I tried some in Feb, some in march, now the last few I’m going to try and hatch tonight. I would still recommend people take a chance, if you get a good batch of eggs it’s a great deal.

Followed the instructions.. After 2 days when nothing hatched I put the peat moss back in container for 3 weeks, still 0 hatched. I ordered the Rachovii Killifish eggs last year and was able to hatch 20 fry. Don’t know what happened here but 0 fry/fish for $25 is tough to swallow.

Dropped them in water that morning. Had a tray full of fish that afternoon. Roughly around 35 babies in total. Only negative the fairy shrimp eggs that came with the kit never hatched. Thank goodness I have a endless supply of baby brine shrimp available

I am a fish breeder of over 10 years. I was excited to get these but not a single egg hatches. Pretty disappointed. I couldn’t get the included fairy shrimp eggs to hatch either. I am going to try to buy again and see so I truly hope this was just a one off bad batch. I’ll update once I try again.

Waste of time and money

None hatched from these. Ordered all 4 types and only 2 types produced fry, but this one was a total waste of money.

Managed to hatch out 22 killifish fry. A little disappointed there wasn't more around 60 but that's OK
