This stuff is awesome and much better for you than any sports drink. No sugar means no crash or insulin spike. No toxic chemical ingredients. Great taste! My favorite is the lemon. The Ultima electrolytes are really good tasting and highly recommended over sugary options. The texture and solubility are really good in that they mix well without the grittiness found in my last option. I have tried the grape and lemonade and both are good, but I prefer the lemonaid. Zero side effects other than staying hydrated. I would highly recommend.

I've never really liked the taste of water-- until I tried Ultima Replenisher! I had gotten a sample at a 5K years ago and loved it. So I started ordering the larger sized powder on subscribe & save. It's not cheap, but totally worth the price. The powder comes with a tiny scooper inside. One scoop is the perfect amount for a typical bottle of water. The powder dissolves well even in cold water. I usually shake it up a bit to get the best results. I only get the lemon flavor and it's a nice, light taste of lemon. Not too strong. I would say it's similar to Vitamin Water Zero in lemon, but not as strong. And I like the flavor of Ultima better. My kids also love this and call it "Mommy's water" since my water bottle is always filled with this.
