ZUZU LUXE Matte Luxe Lip (Flamingo), 0.17 oz

I don't usually wear lipstick, and I don't like the color pink..... but I decided to give this one a try. It went really well with all my colorful dresses and lightened up my smile. Got a couple of compliments on it as well.

The box appeared as if it could have been used. If it was not used, then the formula is extremely drying. I am going to return it and re-order it.The color "Tutu" is more "purplish" than cool toned pink-not as light as the pic on the site. I will review the new one and maybe give it more stars after the new one arrives...if the formula is less drying. If not I will have to return it. I will keep you posted.Be aware that the colors online and in the YouTube video posted on a YouTube review are much lighter than the actual colors in person. At least that is the conclusion I came to after trying "Tutu."Due to viewing the color in different lights and the drying formula I cancelled the new order.I gave it three stars, as it does stay on your lips and not transfer a very long time and it is a "clean" formula. There are very few clean beauty liquid lipsticks.If you can find a color you like and use chapstick before applying maybe it will work for you.

I have the colors Tryst and Meow. This liquid lipstick applies a matte velvety finish that lasts for several hours. It’s not stivky or glossy at all. The finish lasts for me through drinking and eating. I could probably go through lunch or later without reapplying. Its definitely got a matte powdery feel, but no drying or cracking for me. Meow loks dark in my pic, but its definitely a cool mauvey pink on me. It suits me and brightens my features. Tryst is more warm and coralish. They are definitely with pigment and opaque on me, so they don’t look weird and pale on me at all. I do prefer lipstick in the bullet but I like the color. I will wear Meow and maybe retouch with soft berry i would like to see them come out with a nude range like Clay with some pink and brown nudes in these liquid lipsticks.
