Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G, US Version, 256GB, Phantom Black - Unlocked (Renewed)

I have had this phone about 1 month . It's a great phone . The shipping was slow . It has two very small scratches on the screen besides that it works great . Very good camera, clear calls , speakers on top and bottom of phone , great for music and anything else . . I take pictures for the paintings I do and it really takes great pictures . I'm impressed with the phone and glad I got one . So far so good . Don't trust these reviews . People complai. So much about every little thing . It's worth it and I'm getting my wife one next .

This phone was purchased for my grandson for Christmas! It arrived quickly and on time! I had to sign for it from a UPS driver. This is a refurbished phone that looks brand new, adopt a phone program. It charged quickly and we worked on getting it set up. A great little phone! My grandson is going to be so excited!

The phone arrived in excellent condition, except for a single fatal flaw: It can not make or receive calls (though texting and wifi work). Returning the item for a refund, after hours and hours of time wasted trying to get it to work. Update: Amazon was very little help in resolving the issue in a satisfactory way. I wanted this phone; i just wanted it to work properly, perhaps an exchange, but Amazon refused - and the also refused to offer me any concessions for all the trouble despite having been a loyal customer for almost 20rs. I don't think they test their refurbished phones at all. I eagerly took my business to an outside refurbished phone retailer and was very pleasantly surprised at their guarantees. Lesson learned: DO NOT BUY A USED PHONE FROM AMAZON. When things go wrong. they can't do anything but maybe refund you, wasting even more time dealing with the refund, the tech support time, and then the time to find a different new phone somewhere. Amazon does not care. You are plankton and they are a whale. A ton of wasted time and maybe a refund is the best you can hope for. Update 2: I ordered a Galaxy Z Flip 5 in excellent condition from Swappa. The Flip 5 cost me $360 after tax, IMO, a bargain for a significantly newer phone! Furthermore, setting it up was incredibly easy. I had it working fully within an hour of opening the package - texts, calls, 100% data transfer, everything. AVOID BUYING REFURBISHED PHONES ON AMAZON. Their CS for phones is terrible. Go to a dedicated dealer like Swappa instead, because they actually test their phones. (Amazon says they test their phones, but given the Flip 3 could not make calls, they clearly don't.) Update 3: It appears that Amazon is suppressing this review and others like it. At the time I write this, it is the third "most helpful" review for this Amazon refurbished product, but it most sorts and filters it is buried far down. Look at "top critical reviews" and most have no helpful points and are three stars, while helpful one-star reviews are buried far down, even below vague recent reviews with zero helpful points.

I love this phone. It's an incredible piece of technology, but, obviously there are a few issues.. Pros: Small form factor, perfect for women's jeans or people who just want a small phone. Works smoothly. Everything is very fluid and works nicely with its 120hz refresh rate. 256gb. Lots of storage Back screen. Perfect for checking the time, notifications, changing music, perfect for all your basic needs, as well as being able to take a selfie with the front facing cameras. Wireless charging/charger. Can wirelessly charge, and can also wirelessly charge other devices. Cons: Battery life. It's battery life is pretty bad. Under normal use it usually lasts me about 5 ish hours before needing to charge again, but if you're gaming or really using anything on the phone, especially its 120hz refresh rate, expect that to drop down half as long. The crease. Obviously being a flip phone, there's gonna be a crease down the middle. After about a year of use, the crease has devolped a little crack throughout it. It tends to get very hot at the top part of the phone when charging, basically forcing you to put a fan in front of it so it doesn't overheat. It's gotten so hot that I can't even touch it without it burning me. This phone has worked well for me throughout the year I've had it. Do I recommend it? Probably not. You'd be better off with the zflip 4 or the new zflip 5.

Feels as good as new. The flip screen is so cool, also came with no scratches. Battery lasts all day. Sound is great. The only thing I don't like is the front camera, its slightly blurry and pixelated. The back camera works perfectly fine though with lots of different features. It is really nice how extremely personalized you can make the phone too. Above was my original review a week after my purchase and a 5 star rating. I really loved the phone but now 6 months later it crashed out and then only half the screen worked so now I changed my rating to 3 star. Random green line glitched across the screen and was really weird, none of my previous phones had done that. Then it completely crashed out a few days later, my best guess is that the hinge wire got damaged somehow but I'm very careful with my phone so I rarely dropped it in the time I had it. I even have a screen protector and phone case so when it crashed out I just had to get a new phone instead. Kinda sad, it was cool having a smart flip phone.

This is my 2nd time from this seller, I bought this Galaxy flip phone for my mom, and it arrived in excellent condition. The packaging was top-notch, and the phone itself looked almost new, matching the description of being a renewed device. The battery health is 90% efficiency. Overall, the phone is in perfect condition.

Llegó bien el producto y está funcionando bien

el celular llego empacado la estética fue de 7 traía rayones y se notaba un uso de 1 año aprox, cargador genérico pero funcional aun así decidí quedármelo por que lo que me importaba eran las especificaciones y que era flexible, sin embargo lo que todos se quejan la carga dura muy poco, todo funcionaba bien lo traía con plan telcel, aunque algunas veces tenia que desconectar datos y volverlo a encender para que agarrara bien, la pantalla no duro mas que 6 meses, se derramo el liquido de la parte de en medio hacia arriba, en resumen fui feliz con el celular solo 6 meses, no recomiendo mucho los pegables renovados tal vez otros duren un poco mas ya compre otro ahora si nuevo.

Su presentación es buena, porqué todo lo demás, todavía no le encuentro bien cómo configurarlo 😁 y como es reacondicionado, espero dure cuando menos un año

el telefono es excelente, salvo por la bateria. lo demas es excelente
