Have really seen a difference in sleep
Has really helped my sleep. The bottle has 2 capsules at night but I take 1 before bedtime and I can really feel a difference. There is no smell or taste which I appreciate. I did do some reading and these seemed to have the best quality.

This product is great for giving you an overall sense of relaxation. You can feel calmness without getting sleepy. It does work for better sleep, if you take it at least one half hour before bed. Doesn't make you groggy or feeling off when you wake. And most of all, it's natural ... Really helps with stress, too.

Wonderful supplement
Works really well to take the edge off my nerves. I’ve been up and down with my endocrine system for years, and I can always feel when my adrenals are overworking. This has helped me so much. It’s just enough to calm my nerves so I feel relaxed again. Thank you.

Ashwsgandha. RELAX. Reallly works for sleep after 10 days on ME.it stops working. I try something else. Now the other thing I try is passionflower. I use it for 10days or so then back to RELAX.
