Item will fluff up pretty well with manipulation. I ended up not really needing it since it's winter and I am wearing thick sweats/jackets. Velcros easy to take on and off. Can't really leave it on the seat belt though because it gets rotated or completely moves up/down when I unbuckle and get in and out. Must be adjusted every single time.

I purchased this to use for transportation from the hospital back home following my hysterectomy and during my recovery period. It is soft and well padded, preventing the lap belt of the seatbelt from digging into my abdomen and incisions. It is also small enough to easily move from one vehicle to another and fit in my vehicle’s storage compartments when I wasn’t in the vehicle. Going forward I think we’ll be able to continue to use it on the chest strap during long road trips to make the seat belt more comfortable if one of the passengers wants to have a sleep. I highly recommend this product.

This chemo port pillow has been a Godsend- it makes the seatbelt comfortable over the med port. Whoever thought of this really put a lot of care and thought into it and just hope their journey has been successful! I will and have been recommending this pillow to cancer patients at the treatment center that I still receive treatments.

I'm very happy with this. It is easy to put on and take off. It does protect against the strap and I will need this after my surgery.
