I wanted a chargeable flashlight to keep around the house in case the power goes out, or whatever. Figured I might as well get a super-bright, focus-able one while I was at it.This one is very bright, is easy to turn on and off, change the brightness, and focus the beam. Overall I am pleased with it.One thing that surprised me is that it is not a tiny thing you are going to stick in your pocket. Most likely because of the batteries needed, it is fairly heavy and pretty good-sized. Not like the sort of flashlight a patrolman would cart around, but substantial. (This is not a bad thing... but if I were, say, looking for a hiking flashlight, it could be useful to know.)

Just a standard flashlight brightness, nothing special like 10k. Battery not rechargeable and doesn't last long on charge. On/off button hard to find, feel like rest of handle. Won't buy again

UPDATE. The seller has agreed to send me a new light. I will change rating to 3 of 5 as the seller is trying to do right by the customer.I loved the idea of this light. Super bright, not too big, rechargable. I used this light one time, for about 10 minutes. Never dropped and kept in OEM box. A part came loose behind the lense and is now rattling around in the cavity between the LED and the lense. Sometimes it wont let me zoom or focus the beam due to this loose part. Used once, for 10 minutes, now it is about one month past the return policy.

I have pocket flashlights brighter than this thing. When it can’t even light up a small room with white walls, you know it’s garbage, and this thing really is. Huge disappointment.👎🏻

I’m a Flex driver, most of my blocks are either early morning, before the sun comes, up or evening time. I’ve gone through numerous flashlights and have had to toss them because either I’ve accidentally dropped them and they stop working, or there USB port broke and they no longer can charge. I’ll be using my new flashlight tonight and I’m stoked at the brightness it gives off as well as the zoom capability. No twisting for zoom, just pull the head of the flashlight and push back down. The brightness is absolutely the brightest I’ve seen this far. So far a great buy for the money!
