I'm staying at an elderly relative's house while she heals from surgery. I'm fixing things as I find them, because her husband (aka “Mr. Wonderful”) didn’t want to miss out on his vacation and doesn’t address or fix anything. Every single day, when my aunt opens or closes the blinds, 5 of them fall to the floor. Then she hollers really loudly, cursing up a storm, as she struggles to insert them back up there and make them stay. (She's not a "solution-driven" type of individual.)Finally, I grab a blind, drive to Lowe's and ask where to find the repair kits. They didn't know what I was talking about (and didn't care). But I know they exist. So, I jumped onto Amazon, looked them up and found these. I like that they were clear and not metal.Well, I read the first review at the top from the person in Houston with the slacker landlord, 3 pit bulls and bars on the windows and was laughing so hard I just ordered them. What a salesperson!They arrived right on time. Keep in mind that you have to open the bag they come in from the very TOP, not the side. They are sturdy tabs that are fairly easy to peel, and very easy to line up and apply. Use your finger as a guide. I showed my aunt how to do it herself and when one tab wasn’t aligned correctly, it peeled off without damaging the blind and we reapplied it and pressed it firmly. Because they are clear, they don’t attract too much attention.Today, we ceremoniously opened the blinds and shouted, “Hallelujah!” It may seem minor but when you have to rely on DO-NOTHING landlords and husbands, this is how it is. Small triumphs, folks!These are totally worth it! The next time I get vertical blinds, I’ll buy these first, before the blind snaps. It reminds me of the 70s, when we used to put those circular reinforcements on loose leaf paper so the rings would hold the page in the binder. Same concept and a great solution.Great purchase!!! 100% glad I got these to reenforce the slats to my vertical blinds. Gives you a sense of security knowing the top of the slats is doubled up and will not easily break. Easy to use and definitely and very sturdy.

Easy to use great quality

Worth every penny. I have toddlers that love to grab and pull the blinds and I’ve had to fix numerous pieces and these have done the job every time. Won’t buy a different product besides this one. Fast and easy fix.

So I live in a place where they quit giving a damn quite a few years ago and they are just waiting for these apartments to fall down. I reported the fact I needed my blinds fixed over a month ago and the manager lied to my face and didn't even put the repair on the books ( I checked online and saw no record of it). In the meantime, the blind is falling down giving me almost no privacy on the first floor in a neighborhood where I need 3 pit bulls, bars on the windows, and damn near 24 hour armed guards to live here ( well, it ain't quite that bad but...it has it's moments...we been on TV y'all!!! with SWAT teams and everything..!) so....I order these things in the middle of the night because if I don't fix my own SI\*(*T it will never get fixed.The came one day early! In the daytime and my neighbors didn't steal them, probably due to the heat advisory!So anyway I put one on while I'm on the phone plotting my way out of this extreme Houston experience ( the hood honey, not the heat) and LO and BEHOLD!!! The little old twisted blind stood up to the test of time!Oh my my! If you need immediate relief from a vertical blind doing its own thing, get these little babies! They are stiff and strong, easy to use and you get so many that even if you mess up, you can start again for well under $10.00!!!Faster and easier and less aggravating that cussing out my lack-of -any type of will power to get anything done management on site!YAY! get some TODAY!!!

Omg this is great for the vertical blind!!! I will say this is perfect they stay and very easy to put it together! They are clear so you don't notice a lot.

Easy to apply. Cheaper option instead of having to replace each blind. I had to use this on almost all my blinds almost a month ago - they are all still up.
