Dimensions of rectangular tiles

Small no bigger than 1.5x1.5 inch.

Can these be used outdoors on a stepping stone?

that is exactly what I bought them for but my project still needs to be sealed and has never been outside so can't say how they hold up but they should

Can the insufficient quantity be made up? Please send me rectangle, thank you!

I don't think so. I believe we get what we get and that it's random.

Can these be used in a kiln w/ other glass?

I think melting it is the point of the Kiln. I think yes it could
